I have become totally obsessed by these over the past week or so. They are so quick and easy to make and really delicious. I have sort of made up my own recipe for them now, which consists of equal parts of oat milk and self raising flour (one cup of each makes approximately eight small pancakes), but the recipe that I found online can be found here. Today, I added a handful of oats to the mixture too, you could easily adapt this to whatever you fancy, adding nuts, seeds, sugar, fruit etc.
