a handmade Christmas (8)

Last year I finally felt brave enough to attempt making a cushion cover.  It was a very simple pattern, and has proven to be fool proof - not a button hole in sight!  I then went on to make some more for our craft room, you can find said blog post here :)  and last night, I started my new project of making some cushion covers from vintage fabrics to sell at my up and coming fairs (will get some photographs up soon!)

So today's choice is very fitting, as Sixes and Sevens make some beautiful cushions.  Charlotte hand paints and makes a selection of textile products, and this collection of rock, paper, scissors cushions are my favourites!

Please bear in mind that all cushion are currently being made to order so orders will be delivered in 7 - 10 days, so head over to Folksy now for some beautiful Christmas present ideas!  Sixes and Sevens are also happy to accept custom orders.

You can follow Sixes and Sevens blog here :)
